Turbo kit for TLR

Hello, just thought I would let everyone know there is a turbo kit for TLR on Ebay. !!!! Most importantly, If someone gets it from here, will you please let us know how well it works on the bike?!!!!!!!!!!

cheers had a look,it looks like still a bit of work to do you might just be better stated your own but if someone gets it for the right money and can do something with it,it would be nice to see it running

yep posted a week or so ago. im wondering if the person who is on the planet or zone? those welds need to be cleaned up somthing fierce.

yes volvo or audi turbo from a tt audi it boosts low enough psi to use on a bike.

I dunno...a Turbo charger on a TL? Imagine the turbo lagging into a corner then boosting on the apex? Maybe for straight line riding (dragracing)

turbo off a volvo is to big for a 1000cc engine...the lag would be aweful...need a small one that spools quickly....

This is as far as ive got with mine...planing stage is taking longer than I would like..maybe a little farther next week...i had a few more pics but were to large to down load and couldnt fig how to resize them

you kind of got it to work, those are way too small.



i think a K03(or K04) audi/vw 1.8T is too big for a bike. smaller turbo with smaller inlet/outlet would be adequate boost and would spool much faster.

sorry i wasnt clear. my bad! i was referring to your pics, then i answered a previous post. t3/t4 should be plenty. how much stretch you got on that swinger? that front would still come up like mad i would think?
