  • New rider

My daughter had been asking for a while if she could get her Motorcycle license
Well she passed the state riding course with a 97 on the written and perfect score on the riding test. She's not out on the street yet with a track day for beginners coming up soon and much practicing with dad.
I bought her a Suzuki bandit 400 and new Dianese leathers held gloves Oxtar boots and Scorpion helmet.....she's styling eh.

I figure some more practice with me and after her track day, we'll see how it goes on the road.
The track days are ending soon around NH. but I will sign her up in the spring for a bunch of them.

Learn the skills to confidently enjoy riding your motorcycle the way you were meant to in a safe, structured, and supportive community.

I know the guy that runs it. Very friendly guy(and formerly an F16 fighter pilot). Attending one next week on the 8th. I think there are still some spaces available.

Great start for the girl Good job.

Those pocket rockets have no suspension I think and are rigid. They are a pig to ride and I wouldn't recommend one to anyone, especially for a kid's 1st bike. Try riding one yourself before you buy one for someone else.

I think she is signed up for (3) Fishtail days as of now. I did one in '08 and lived it. Very well run track day!
