Need opions on this motor, Ebay

I'm watching this motor on ebay.
Ebay listing It has raised a few red flags for me. The countershaft bearing being one and the "close ratio tarnny". Is there even such a thing for these motors? Secondly, how much of a pain is it to replace said countershaft bearing? Do you all think this is even worth my time. I basicly need a drop in, ready to go motor that's gona fit my budget. Which is not that large right now.

To replace the countershaft bearing you need to split the cases, which is also what you would need to do if you were going to do anything with the tranny. Unless this guy has an in with Yosh, there is no close ratio tranny in that motor. And if anyone who has any idea what they're doing, were going to work on the tranny, they've have replaced that bearing while they were in there.
You could buy a mint used motor that didn't need anything for what it would cost to tear that one down and replace the countershaft bearing.
I wouldn't waste my time with it.

all our bikes have 'close ratio trannys'
and maybe his wp shaft (is that the same one?) has gone back beyond repair which also would require major hassles.

I would pass. You can find R motors at a reasonable price.
