  • Clutch went out today on my TLR...

    so its time to get a new one. Suggestions!?!

    -Barnett discs?
    -OEM discs? etc.....

    also, a while back I remember reading something on the board about Busa clutch springs on the TLR. So...

    -Barnett clutch springs?
    -Busa clutch springs?

    I haven't heard anything but bad things about burnett clutches. One of my buddies went through two burnett clutches in like a month in his f4. But he did like to do burnouts so........

      use Barnett springs, but stay with the OEM Suzuki friction plates/discs
      2002 TLR B/W . Yoshimura bolt on Titanium cans. Yosh box remap. Joe V airbox mod. plug in TRE. 17/41 sprockets. Zero Gravity double bubble screen. fan switch. HyperPro steering damper. Extreme Graphic Top Gun undertail. Ohlins rear shock.

      Gear: Arai Quantum f. Joe Rocket GPX 1pc suit. Alpinestars Super Tech boots. Alpinestars GP-1 gloves----always wear it all

            Where is a good (cheap) place to get OEM clutch discs?

              go to www.ronayers.com and check the prices. quality OEM stuff, less than dealer cost.

              i couldn't find a price for a clutch replacement kit. i would just e-mail them and i'm sure they will help you find what you need

                LOOKS ABOUT 110 FOR ALL THE PLATES INVOLVED, 8 & 8. nOT SURE OF ALL THE PIECES INVOLVED THOUGH

                  Ronayers OEM stuff is actually set at 25% over cost, but still a good deal compared to most places.
