      dirty?

It looks blotchy to me? Is it supposed to have the smudges or is that dirt? Looks good so far.
      I know nothing about bikes.

it isnt perfect. there are some inconsistancies in the finish. they
arent as noticeable without a camera flash but they are there.

i still think it came out great.

It will be interesting to see how the bike works in ordinary riding with that on.

Now that your bike will be harder to wheelie, perhaps you need to get a DRZ400 like mine. It is a wheelie good ride

the original item has to have an almost flawless finish first before you anodize it, so I've been told anyway, as a lot will show up through it

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

I'm pretty certain Suzuki used 6000 series aluminum for their frame and swingarm. 6000 series aluminum has a high copper content which can make anodizing difficult and inconsistent. Probably the reason you're seeing inconsistencies. I think it looks good though, IMHO

We get a few items anodised at work, and unless it has come straight from an extruder, we get a brush finish on the parts and then get them anodised so they appear to have an more consistant finish.
