Can the rear exhaust gasket be replaced without taking off the plastic or front part of the header. My brother's new TLR is backfiring. Thanks.

I doubt it. You may be able to squeeze your hands in-between the side fairings, but the belly pan and front header is gonna have to come off.SOLD! 2002 Suzuki TL1000R -
