    Has any one experimented with either one of these products?If so,which one is better,they both seem to be the same to me just one is more expensive.

          I have the JDS which resembles the first picture it cost $25 and it works great.

          I think both the g pack and ivan, jds are all the same

            Resistor?

            Can someone elaborate on the resistor mod.

              Check Steve's page under TRE He has about 4 options in there!

                  Is it my understanding that the '97 TLS does not benefit from the TRE mod as it wasn't originally equiped with a timing-retard mechanism (as on lated models)?
                  It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a bad example.
