Is it my understanding that the '97 TLS does not benefit from the TRE mod as it wasn't originally equiped with a timing-retard mechanism (as on lated models)? -
Check Steve's page under TRE He has about 4 options in there!

I have the JDS which resembles the first picture it cost $25 and it works great.

Has any one experimented with either one of these products?If so,which one is better,they both seem to be the same to me just one is more expensive.
