  • im in slipon hell!!!

please help. i need as much imput as possible. i thought i narrowed my slipon search to the aluminum 2 bros. c2 cans. then i was told that the are way smaller than the stockers and look ridiculous. i can get them for 415 too which isnt bad to me considering im on a 500 dollar budget for pipes. i want something deep and throaty but also decently loud. i also want a pipe that doesenty have fitment issues and comes w/ everything i need.(this will be my 1st exhaust purchase on a bike) can you guys throw some bones out to me and help steer me in the right direction. thanks alot

$500 should get you just about any slipon you want! (This side of carbon).

The C2's are small, but would work. Check e-bay, and dennis Kirk outlet. They have some deals in there sometimes. I know they were unloading Wileyco's there cheap, but don't know much about them.
I've got a huge penis, You've got a huge penis, even Tim over there, yup you guessed it, huge penis. Good, now that that's out of the way, let's go ride

hey tlsdr, i mailed [email protected] so im waitin for a response. if they are cheaper than the c2's or a few bones off ill get them. whats the deal w/ this guy does he own a shop or does he have connections and how much cheaper can he get them for? also does anyone have any sound clips of slip ons ? just curious. the only tl ive heard was one w/ rs3 or zyclone slipons. sounded nice but i just heard it at idle. whats the diff btw rs3 and zyclone anyhow?

The RS-3 is a race baffel and the zyclone is the quieter street baffel.

RS-3 is oval and zyclone is round, you want the RS-3...

Stick with the Two Brothers, I have had the experience to ride behind my buddy's TLR with the C2's. SInce he got them 2 years ago his bike has been infamous for rocking the neighbourhood and spitting flames. It also does not hurt that it is polished and chromed all over....sweet ride but back on topic

                    1. They are the best sounding slip-ons........period. I have heard the big players so far (Yosh, Micro, M4, Leo Vinci etc....)and the microns are pretty good too but do not be afraid of the size or price you will love them
                    2. they do not look that small on the bike you will not be able to tell the difference.
                    3. they are not that popular around here, go for them. I've got some on the way myself.
Galfer braided lines throughout, ATRE, UFO tailight, ET79 Undertail and Hugger, 520 16/39 Gold Chain combo, Full Yosh C/F exhuast, Corbin seat, Ohlins Steering Damper, Ohlins Rear Suspension, Tinted Double Bubble Windscreen, Sylvania Superwhites, Yosh Box Remapped and all protected by GORILLA Alarm System

OK here's the deal, the smaller the better. I have spent my entire TLR ownership trying to make this thing look thin and I have finally acheived it with Pierre's TLR/R Kit and acrappy set of D&D's. They were all I could afford after I totally wrecked my Yosh Full Race System. I thought they would be too loud but they are not. I thought they would look to small but they don't. They are cheap and louder than anything else out there. I picked up my set for about $200 used. Just my two cents.

around here most people run microns, yosh boltons do sound sweet, but i think the c4s are louder. go witha full system though, and then its yosh all the way. have you looked for a used F/S yet?

i picked up a used carbon set of D&D's from another TLPlanet Bro. and I think they sound great...... I set off car alarms left and right. Hell, even my Ducati buddies that I ride with are freak'n out, they love the sound too!
