  • Brake pads

I've STILL got the stock brake pads on the bike at 53k kms. They must be baked or something, because even with braided lines and fresh fluid, my bike stops like crap compared to my buddy's SV1k. They've suffered through a track day or two with great performance and all, but though they've still got about 1/2 of their life left in them I'm thinking they might be past their prime.

I've got some SBS Street Excel pads on the bench for her. Bought them a little while back for a good price.

Anyone have any experience with them? I'm thinking of either swapping to those, or selling them and getting EBC HHs.

    What to do?!?!

What do they cost for the TLR calipers?

I just put 6 pots on my TLS and used some RK FMA gold pads, I'm happy so far but they were $$$ because I got them locally (here in Japan)
