  • Bad cold tire choice

    Dunlop Sportmax GP-A not a good choice for cold weather riding. Suffered a low speed washout on a right turn trailing just a hint of front brake. Absolutely no warning. I've had great success with Bridgestone and Pirelli in the past.

    I could have told you that...
    Those are great tires only when they're hot. And they take A LOT of time to heat up. Those should not be allowed in the northern countries.
    I've seen so many guys buying take-off's GPA's and wipe out on the streets.

    I sold a couple of sets (new) and made sure the guy was gonna use them on the track.

    Hopefully no major damage to the bike. Take care.

          small dent to the tank, rearset scraped and bent, yosh can scraped, upper rad toasted, signal toasted as well, sore right side and some great colors showing up today (day 3) was wearing full gear.

            I'm on my 3rd set of pilot power road 3s. Just my 2 cents but they are my favorite.

              The black mariah is back together with a fresh motor. Been riding a 97 TLS that's bone stock for the last ten months. I forgot how much I loooove riding it.WOW what a difference all the mods make!
