    Project Mean TLS....

    My bud (Frenzied) FINALLY came over to start putting his TLS back together.

    Ignore the mess as I am moving and trying to reassemble 2 bikes as quickly as possible.

        So this 97 TLS is getting a few engine upgrades...

        JE High comp Pistons
        Heads: decked .5mm, exhaust ports cleaned up, intake ports tightened up and 5 angles on the valves
        TLR rods, oil pump, rear valve cover and idler shafts
        Full Yosh exhaust
        Sissor gears and decomp levers removed
        Modified airbox

        suspension:
        Modified rear shock
        Racetech front end
        Ebc pro lite rotors
        Some unknown steering damper...

        and a few visual items as well

          is the black powder coated, anodized or painted?

          2000 tillis plus stuff with some polished stuff and some carbon fiber stuff and a little bit of tlr stuff and some gsxr stuff

            The frame is painted. I had nothing to do with that. I did paint the sub frame and swinger for him. My main job is to help with the reassembly of the bike and build a screaming engine (which I do pretty good)

                        what do you mean 'broke in'? hell break in is 50 miles change the oil (check it ofc) then ring its neck....

                          You have no idea. There are 3 TL motors in there with the cases split, 1 TLR frame, 1 Hawk GT frame, The semi completed TLS, the complete 636 and a whole lotta spares and trick goodies...
