  • Subframe/Tail

Has anyone tried fixing on another tail to the TLR?

I was thinking it'd be kinda cool to fix on the R1 tail to it. Probably would be easier to buy the R1 subframe and modify to fit the main frame rather than modify the TLR subframe to fit the tail?

R1 subframe is welded...R7 is bolt-on, and the seat unit looks better..go for it!!!

No no... for the later models of the R1/6, the subframes are a separate unit

I've seen a pic somewhere of a TLR with the R7 tail, so I know it's been done already.

'02-'03 R1 tail would be kick ass.
