I know the opinions on oil is quite extensive. But, I would like to know what people like to use. i used silkolene pro4 fully synthetic on last service...
but i have been told i should be using semi-synthetic 10w40
and it might even help to quieten the tl-tick down a bit..coz my tick is quite loud..
i was recommmended to use Castrol GPS 10w40"Sorry Officer ! I thought you wanted to race"

I just bought a gallon of that at walmart for less than $13 and I'm getting ready to dump it in. Synthetic oil is better than conventional oil and it doesnt cause clutch slippage. Personally I will use car oil over motorcycle specific oil because its almost identical and IMHO not worth paying double the money
