  • The frame has been replaced and bike back on the road

OK - Suzuki did indeed step up and have Motorcycles Unlimited in Corte Madera, CA do all the work on the frame replacement.

The bike was in and out of the shop during the day and they are right off of the 101 so the bike is actually pretty damn dirty, they did not clean and detail the bike, or for all I know even replace the spark plugs - but the bike is back on the road and running the same as it did before - just now the suspension works again.

I agree, but you know the Tech that did all the work got paid flat rate for only what Suzuki Warrantee would buck up.
He probably lost money on the job big time. I'm sure by the end, he could care less if it was clean or not.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's right but......

Frame replacement it one day? Is there a step-by-step somewhere?

I'd have my frame in to the powdercoaters tomorrow morning if I could get yank the frame out that easy!
