  • An accurate review

I was just surfing and found this review. The guy's opinion of the bike and his enthusiasm seems to be a pretty good representation of the overall sentiment from TL owners.

Yellow is better. It doesn't absorb as much light and therefore is more streamlined.

Yellow jello. Hmmm what is the colour of a coward? All big talk but when under the pump they just fold.

Quoted"The funny thing is you could park
a yellow TL next to a Blue and White one and to
me, at least, they are two different
motorcycles. That yellow bike is just super
cool, and that other one is, well, sort of a
              GSXR."

I guess we can agree on this part though!

"There are other sporty twins out there, some more comfy on long trips, some handle better (mostly in the hands of a pro only), none of them have near the guts of the Suzook. It's a nice compromise between race bike and sport-tourer.

Whatever color it is the TL1000R is bitchin."

I remember reading that back when I had my R6(first bike). This review, and a lot of word-of-mouth praises were part of my decision process. Damn good article...

                            good review.
people who think that yellow isnt suzuki race colors are wrong, and obviously havent ridden off road much or seen motor-cross or super-cross racing where yellow RMs tear it up. and there are plenty of road-race teams that race yellow and black gixxers, its mainly the yosh racing team that sticks to blue and white.

very nice read :thumup. i have to admit when the TLR first came out i did favor the yellow one..........as time went on and the color changed a bit my eyes fell for the blue and white........i still like em both.......they should have put more black into the yellow one though.......SDTLR should be their graphic color designer.
