TLR PCII on TLS

I need help!!!!

Here it goes,

A friend will give me his TLR PCII. We made a bet, if I can re-wire the PCII to fit my TLS, I get it for free, if I canīt re-wire it to fit, I will pay him $100.00.

Can anybody send me the wiring diagram for a TLR, I have the TLS wiring diagram, I need to reconfigure the wire connectors for my bike.

I think I can do this mod, if I can get a hold of the wiring diagram for the TLR.

Any suggestions where I can download this info?

hmmm, sounds like a big deal to me. but if $100 is on the line- i'm sure someone here can help.....but not much help from me.....

Hmmm, maybe you can, maybe you can't.

Use the connections for the TLR primary injectors to fire your TLS ones.

Just leave the TLR secondary connections hanging.

All the PCII does is lengthen or shorten the injector pulse that the ECU puts out, according to the map used and the revs and throttle position.

It doesn't care about all the other sensors and just passes the signals through to the ECU so it can do the math and use the tables to come up with it's own Injector pulse time, the final result is then modified. That's why the PCII runs 2 revolutions behind the ECU.

I can't see why it can't be done. I'll send you the wiring diagrams for say $90 You're $10 in front...... nah, the manuals are around on the net available for downloading and they contain the wiring diagrams, you'll just have to wait for a kind soul to give you there address from where you can download them.

I think I can do it. From what I now, and I nonīt know much, all the powecommanders are hte same, the only thing that changes are the connectors for each motorcycle.

Now, all I need is the wiring diagram for the TLR.

speaking of the PCII I have mine from my 99' TLR and am putting it on my 02' TLR, does anyone know which map from the PC site in the 02' section is the best to use... I have stock pipes with Yosh RS3 Cans ( slip ons ) stock air box and filter ( for now).
I see it is labled at Map 2 and 3 and so on but which one is the "right" one to use.. anyone??

rupes is our resident carbon fibre whore. he has all of the tls info on his site clicky for a rupes quicky but i dont know if he has the tlr stuff. ask crashtd for the tiller stuff

fnrat...dl the maps and open them...there is a notes section which usually describes what mods they are for
