  • My new front brake set-up with pics

So I'm pretty damn excited about my new brakes. I already have the TLR calipers with the 5/8" master cylinder, but I wanted a little more Bling-Bling. So I went with a set gold ZX12 calipers, and a Brembo 19x18 radial master cylinder. Those, along with a set of EBC ProLite rotors and Goodridge lines should make for a fine braking system. All for less then $600!

    And since:

I'm just waiting for the rotors and I'll post pics of the whole thing installed. I can't wait.
It appears that my weewee has been stricken with rigor mortis!

So the gold calipers are bling bling, but the Brembo adds stopping power right? I've heard the lines do also. Just don't know what the final affect of a new m cyliner does.
          I know nothing about bikes.

I have always had stock brakes on my bikes and I really don't see the need for a new set up. Sure the factor is nice, but do you really need them? I could see if for the track or if you ride real hard, but what else? Am I missing something? I can lift the back end at any sane speed.

                    Can someone fill me in?
Don't know how it works? Take it apart and find out!

                    Here's how it sounds.
