There are a couple of TLS/Yosh sound clips on jiffypark.com
I think the general consensus is with slip-ons a remap is not necessary but with a full system you should.- If you find this site useful kick us a few bucks. Tip cup

Hell, a remap is necessary with the stock system. The bike comes from the factory lean on the bottom and rich on top. Most bikes do, so they can pass emissions on the low end and not blow up when subjected to 87 octane gas on the top end. My DRZ400 is the same way. It's carb has a fat (lean) needle and way too big main jet. Fixing the jetting on that bike made all the difference in the world. It did on my TLS too.
Adding a free flowing exhaust, even slip ons, can make the dreaded low rpm surge worse. Conversely, feed it some gas and it will bark hard off the bottom. Wheelies come easier. It makes a vast improvement in throttle response. It may not even show up all that much on a dyno, but part throttle responsiveness makes a bike so much more fun to ride.
Remap or get a Power Commander. The sweetness of the PC is that you can adjust on the fly. I pull over and lean mine out a tad when I get up in the mountains on hot days. Runs much better."The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man." - George Bernard Shaw

Well you have Microns now.. Did you re-map for those? If YES, then you're fine just swapping them for RS-3's.. but I would wonder why you'd want to do that.. Microns are very nice.
If you DIDN'T remap for the Microns then yes, you would like your bike better if you got it remapped, even with the MicronsI've got a huge penis, You've got a huge penis, even Tim over there, yup you guessed it, huge penis. Good, now that that's out of the way, let's go ride
