My gas light on my tiller is stayin on constantly.......with a full tank.....any suggestions

Faulty sensor?
Lift the tank and pull the electrical plug apart that has the fuel pump and sensor wire in it and see if it goes out. If it stays on the problem is in your wiring or gauges, if it goes out there is something wrong with the sensor at a guess."I spent most of my money on Scotch, women and cigarettes. I've got that same problem. It all started when I did the gixxer gauge conversion. I checked the wiring all looks good I wil try to unplug the fuel pump electrical plug next time i get a chance.
