  • How much $ have you spent on your bike?

I was totaling up all of my "expenses" for this past year and it's really ugly! Just curious as to what you guys spend on average per year for motorcycle related stuff... I think I may have a problem, anyone know a good therapist?

Well..if this makes you feel better, I looked at my expenses for this year and it totalled $8589.32 But that includes track days and track schools (2) that I attended this year.

BUT that doesn't count the $842.57 I spent today on EBC Prolite rotors, a SPA tach, Daytona water temp guage, DID 520-120 ERV2 chain w/ a rivet, and new sprockets front and rear!

Around $2500 since I bought it one year ago. That doesn't include track days/schools, gear, or anything like that...just bike parts.

Oh BTW...thanks for posting this thread....it just made me realize how much cash I've pissed into my bike.

I haven't spent all that much, but I can show every dollar spent on it of course $0.43 / kilometre.

You have to be an engineer. The only people I know that keep track of that damn much stuff are all engineers.

Oh, forgot to add that I don't keep any type of lists like that because I'm married, and if the wife saw money pouring out like that, she'd flip.
