    Well,

I put a switchable TRE in my ride and well, it doesn't idle quite right now. So I figure I'll just throw the ATRE in and be done with screwing around.

Who has one and what do you think of it and where can I get one?

If you have a switchable TRE, it should not affect idle as long as you have it off.

Do you mean cold idle or warm idle?

Idle cold, but either way, I hate having to turn it on and off, so I'm thinking that since I'm so lazy that I might as well just get the ATRE

i'd say you bike needs some work.. I run with a regular TRE and i have 0 problems idling. just the 300 rpm change with clutch engagement.

i had a switchable TRE,,and had the stumbling at idle also....

i got myself an ATRE off Adam12,,more so for the ability to choose which gears to re-map..

and it still stumbles at idle,,,hehe...i gonna have a look a the tps adjustment as soon as i get chance,,

BTW the only time it doesnt stumble at idle is when i clunk it in gear..that is when the atre is active...

so actually on stumbles in neutral,,which is the only gear the tre doesnt affect....

just a few point for you...

Also i dont know if anybody else has done the same,,ie switch for a switchable tre to an atre...but mine feels sooooo much better now with the atre ...

came out of a bend in 3rd on sunday..and she just lifted up

i think u getting the wrong end of the stick dude....

I am pretty sure that the stumbling is not the tre....

mine only stumbles in neutral at idling speed,,,

neutral is not affected by the tre,,,

so my tickover is smoother when tre is active..ie when in gear..

you need to get a tre dude...the throttle response is

so much better...and also makes riding round town less of a chore...

I am thinking about the switchable as well...hmmm...I don't mind using the toggle to activate it, but it shouldn't cause any idle issues if it is turned off..?
Be good, and if you can't be good...be really, REALLY bad!!
