  • TRE vs. Stock reliability

Have had my 01 tlr for about 3 weeks now and love it. It's bone stock except for yosh slip-ons. Everyone on here raves about the TRE's and I am very close to getting one of Jeffs. My only question is regarding reliability. I love being able to go out to my bike and have it fire up everytime, whether it's cold or not. I also really don't want to have to worry about fouling plugs. For all of you tl owners out there with the TRE, have you had it affect the reliability of your bike . Thanks for your input.

If it doesn't make it go fast, stop fast or turn fast, it doesn't have it.

no difference in reliability. some peeps have a harder time starting, some dont. get the switchable version and you can turn it off, making you bike start exactly like it does now

    clicky for mo info

2000 tillis plus stuff with some polished stuff and some carbon fiber stuff and a little bit of tlr stuff and some gsxr stuff
