    Gidday all. I spent $1071 on bike safety gear today. I were a bit rushed but think i did ok. i got

    1 pair Alpinestars leather pants
    1 Dainese back protector (Wave 2)
    2 Tinted Shoei visors
    1 pair Alpinestars GP Plus gloves

    After reading a few of the stories about guys coming off and seeing how MANY people are coming off i thought it may be a wise move.

    PS: Rupes, i think it was your attempt to save a few bucks on bridge tolls that finally made me see how easy it was to come unstuck.

      I hope you never find out that your money was well spent, cause I'm sure glad I spent $2000 on a suit and alpinestars a few years ago ( I had a near fatal).

          The way I see it, you cant put a price on safety. Money spent on safety equippment is always money well spent.

                    who cares........its only money. i'm guessing you already have the jacket and boots right........that would look pretty funny other wise

                              yeah buddy, had the Alpinestars boots for a few months and got a R-Jays jacket a couple of weeks ago. Not too sure about the jacket. may buy another one
