  • I was outnumbered today

    Went riding with a few friends today....here's the list of bikes;

    2003 Kawasaki 636R <-- very fast for a 600cc
    2001 Honda 929RR
    2002 Honda 954RR

    and........

    4...count them...4 --> RC51's

    2 of them had the Sato exhaust (loud as all hell) one had D&D's and the other had Yosh RS3's, they were all really loud. The V-Twins were well represented and it did sound like thunder all day

    We rode the western part of Massachusetts and souther Vermont. We found a back road in Vermont by accident and it was extremely twisty we were taking some long sweepers at 120mph and some tight stuff at around 80mph There was no traffic at all because most of the cars were on the main roads looking at all the foliage and leaves changing color

    It was an awesome ride! I left home around 10am and got home at 7pm. You New England guys really missed out on this one

      How do you go from posing with a dozen leather clad rough-necks to riding with 4 RC51's

      Sounds like a great time crusher

            Crusher,
            did you take route 2 (Mohawk Trail) out, and either 8 to 100, or route 7 up into VT?
            I do that loop a few times a year, great roads out there.
            Sorry I missed that one.

              I'm a New England guy! And I like foliage.

              Here's a couple pics right near my house.

              Makes me think we should make a TLPlanet.com Calendar.

                Sounds like a great day!!!

                I rode with a Ducati (carbonfibre Termigoni), a VTR (the Defaced singer... -he had Carbonfibre sliopons as well), and 2 I4s... (both with Akra slipons! )

                At one stop the Ducce rider came to me and said my bike (M4 full system) sounded GREAT! It was the loudest bike he new of.
                Awesome sound when I revved it to the stop.

                Made me proud
