  • Oil and filter change

    i'm gonna do my first oil and filter change on the tl next week, i was just wondering how much oil to put in the thing?

    Parting out 2 bikes. Let me know what you may need.

    It tells you right on the engine cover. 3100ml which is just shy of 3qts. I would assume you would need less if you don't change the filter. (That reminds me. I want that Scott's Oil Filter so bad)

      keep the oil level between low and full. helps keep oil out of the air box during hi RPM runs.

          I think if you just change the oil it just 3 qts.
