  • last 4 fill-ups

In case any else in interested in milage and stuff, here are my last 4 fill-ups:

    Miles 139.4 Gallons 3.485 MPG 40.00000
    Miles 140.8 Gallons 3.860 MPG 36.47668
    Miles 127.8 Gallons 3.632 MPG 34.96696
    Miles 138.3 Gallons 3.838 MPG 36.03439

I just emptied my jacket pocket and found all 4, I thought that there was just one from this morning in there.
If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

I've been wondering what kind of mileage I should expect. I haven't been taking it easy on the bike and the fuel light still hasn't come on with 110 miles. I'm guessing any mile it should. Not too bad, I thought it would be worse (like the Superhawk).

Crazycat and I both got high 40's low 50's with baggage running 65-85 MPH and some traffic on the way to NY and back. we both have -1 on the front. Before you say it, that is with corrected miles.

I mostly commute 15 miles each way freeway between 4th gear and 6th gear doing anywhere from 65 mph - 100 mph (when I am feeling really stoopid and need to pass lots of people, or when no one is around...no flames please) mostly sitting at 80ish mph.

...hmmmmmmmmm...good point! I just went one lower on the front myself, and this is the first tank I noticed the miles so low. I was going by the old bikes that had the speedo attached to the front wheel...guess not

What is the factor you use? Is it the same as for the rev's?
