  • Tire change & suspension settings

Just went from Dunlop's 207s to the 208's ... Before the change I set up suspension based on "jamie's settings" for street ... and the bike felt quite good ... not as harsh over bumps ya know ...

Now ... when I hit some of those same bumps ... I go airborne ... Question? ... is it necessary to alter my suspension settings now to accomodate the new rubber? Has anyone else experienced this? ...

If you used the same sized rubber I wouldn't think so. Some times going from a 190/50 to a 180 55 you might because the 180 is taller.

Yep ... used same size rubber ... perhaps the shop that changed them adjusted the settings (unlikely eh) ... or maybe there is something else going on ...

Check tyre air pressure. Tyre fitters only set pressure to what they think is ok not what you may usually run
Retired the TLR for a Gixxer 1K. Sorry boys I sold you out
