  • Who knows about Ohlins?

Looking at redoing the rear shock eventually, but dont see the purpose if I cant have ride height adjustment as well.
The recommneded Ohlins for the TLR is the 46PRC, no ride height adjustment.
So does anyone know which 46prcl or even better 46 prcls would fit the TLR? The remote preload adjuter is sweet!

Does anyone know if the Lindemann Penske has ride height adjustment. I loved my penske on my cbr, infinitely adjustable so you could get it all just right.

    Thanks
    Nate

Ohlins will give you a 10mm longer shaft (on the shock)if you ask them to

      Or buy a Penske:dunno

Wilburs have rid hight adjustment too, I think - J-Bone or TLRR should know, TLRR has one and J-Bone is about to buy one.

They are as good as the Íhlins, and a bit cheaper.

And, the 46prcl should fit the TLR. It is the same shock, except for that little ride adjustment piece we all want...

          SD,
You if they put a 10mm longer shaft, does that change the travel at all, or just lenghten the rod for the ride height. I still think that I want a fully adjustable ride ht., like the prcl or penske.

Anyone positive that the Lindemann penske has ride ht. adjust.
Maybe Ill just email Lindemann and find out myself.

Just got an email back form lindemann, and there kit does not have ride height adjustablility, but is 10mm longer then stock when you bolt in. You can also use the shim spacers that are made for gsxr to change them if you want more or less.
Unfortunately it is not as easy as a typical penske is, just turn to nuts and your done. With this you need to pull off the rear (or at least loosen very well) and remove stock strut mount for less than 10mm, or add spacers to stock mount to add.
That ohlins with ride height adjustment is looking better

How much does the ohlins change the ride height compared to a stock rotary set-up? Anyone Anyone?
