  • Akro´s or Tri-ovals.

I just got an opportunity to buy a used Akro F/S in very good condition with Ti cans for a good price.

I´ve had my heart set on Yoshi Tri-ovals ever since I found out they would be available for the TLR.

Now I cant decide what to do

    What would you have done?
Should I get the Akros or wait for the Tri-ovals?

How much do you think the T-O´s will cost when they become available? :dunno

Oh, another thing. How much are Akros in the US or the UK?

Can't help you unless we know what a "great price" on the Akro's is. If dollars are similar Akros for sure. IMHO

The price for the used Akros is about the same as a brand new RS3 system from the US, which is about half of what a brand new RS3 system costs here.

I dont know how much the triovals will be, do you think they will cost a lot more than an RS3 system? :dunno

I thought I saw the tri-oval pricing to be similar to the RS-3's. Now if you say the Akro's are the same price as the RS-3's imported then inspect them approve them and buy them. Can't go wrong with Akro's

mmm the Akro's are nice. Totally out of my budget though.

Im looking at the full system in either M4's ($780US) or Yoshi's ($700us) plus about $130us for shipping down under, or I can pay $1550US ($2250aust) for the yoshi's + fitting and remap at my local bike shop.

Are the M4's worth $80us more

Both, but the performance kinda makes the looks if you know what I mean....

The lightness and the power output by the Akro makes it , oh and it looks really nice too

If given the choice, I'd personally take the Akro's. Performance is where it's at!
