those rearsets are protek's, i have em on my tls and love em in the reverse shift pattern. They have a rep of bending but i know three other guys with em and we all love em. hell of a deal at like 280.00 for the set.
                  So?

Yep, my rearsets did bend, a couple of times, but thats because I slid the bike down the road on its side twice.

However all it took was a big pipe, a torch, and a crecent wrench to bend them back mostly straight again.

                        black frame fad

"you always want what you havent got "or can't have....!.......its human nature.....if all the sportsbikes came with black frames originally....the first fireblades exups etc....we would all have the polishing mops out.....going for that lets see the welds look.....saying..."ooooh it looks just like a race bike" !.....but oh no.....bikes come with silver anodised frames and we all want that black moto gp look now!......in the uk we all want the american colours that the new blade is coming in.......because....we cant have it !......i wanted an rc51 in the us colours......why ?.....because i couldnt have one ....thats why......i rest my case ....ps ..having said that i love the black frame look....always have since the early zx7r came in black for a while.....but the present fad started with the r7...0wo2....heres my old stager ...1976 and still going strong.
