  • Anybody using the spinning tail lights?

I am thinking about getting a clear lens for my tailight and I have seen the spinning tail llights for a while now and was wondering what you guys think.

We had a guy in our group talked to by a county sheriff b/c of his spinning brake lights. The sheriff gave him some line about the only vehicles with moving lights are emergency vehicles.

I had them on my TLS but i also had an integrator kit and let me tell you.....dont get the integrator kit if you have those, it gets super confusing when your trying to tell what the hell your doing. From a cars point of view. they blink and spin and everything else, people following behind me were like "what the hell is he doing"??

              Squidly, perhaps!

But I would prefer to be seen than rear-ended.

I've even wondered how to integrate the flashing front lights you see on cruisers and gold wings onto my tillis. I do a lot of commuting and would sacrifice someone calling me a squid to stay safe.

Ok guys I'll admit it. I have them. Yes they are squidly, but they are kinda trick too with the dual FSMD undertails. I got them hoping to catch some more attention from the drivers behind me. The ones I got were from some place on the net called MachV or something, got em about a year ago. I have seen them on ebay now recently for like 15 bucks a piece. Not bad considering I paid $55 shipped for the pair. Anyway no complaints here.

Yes the ones I got do. They spin while riding but once braking is applied the pulse or flash.
