It's french bike designed by Jean Bertrand BRUNEAU, and powered by a Tiller engine.

Here is the link for further informations:http://www.esprit-racing.com/repo/tomo.htm

This bike won the pro-twin french championship few years ago.
It is an impressive bike, for handling and braking capabilities.
If yo need more information, I can translate the paper.

    Regards
    Thierry

                      Hail hub steering.

BMW has a similar set-up I think, or is it just a front swingarm?
Yamaha has something similar on the GTS1000
Britten used an unconventional front end too.

                      Umm there are others.

BMW use a telelever system to counter dive

Hub centre steering eliminates dive we experience due to forks. The pitfall is the additional weight...
Don't cha know the Yellow one's are fastest!
