  • You guys weren't lying!

I had my first experience on a dirt bike today. Kawi 250. Oh the torque with a 43tooth sprocket. Easy, and I mean easy, wheelies.
So, in summary, you all were right. I should have started out on a dirt bike, not a TLR.
So now I'm going to sell the TLR and ride dirt bikes. Less upkeep. Thanks for all the guidance.
    C-YA.
    I know nothing about bikes.

I'll buy your TL for the price you can get a good used dirt bike. That way you won't be out and $$$
If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

                          sarcasm

I was joking when i said I would sell the TLR. It's my first bike.

Riding the dirt bike was a different experience though. Tons of torque and wheelie possibilities were endless. I was just pointing out you guys say, riding a dirt bike will teach you more. I could see where you guys were coming from.

The yellow ghetto is not for sale. Not yet at least.

It is true.. being a dirt rider gives you quite an edge in the wheelie world.
