  • Decompression lever

OK my 98 tiller ticks and i wondered if it is a decompression lever, i read it from this forum, what it actually does while driving, why it ticks anyone knows? I mean is there an part that can be fixed and get rid of the tick.No other reason but im just loosing my mind if i drive without earplugs i hate the tick.
Beside the ticking i just love the bike and those Devil cans brings an awesome sound

Here is a helpful thread on the subject. The levers can be removed and I have considered it myself. Maybe someday.

Ya, I hope to be occupying my garage time on project DRZ400S soon. One bike sold, one to go before making the buy.

Well unless I find a DRZ with all the mods I want for the right price first. Cheaper to buy a bike with a nice aftermarket exhaust and some Pro Tapers already installed
