  • It pays to help people...

So this youngster, Johan, who just got a TLS, came to see me. The bike was red but he wannit yellow, like DavCruz's bike. He had it painted yellow and told me how he daydreamed about what his bike will look like when it's finished just before he falls asleep at night. (haven't we all done that?)

Now that got my attention more than the guys with big fat $$ wallets on the latest sportsbikes pitching up at the Hammerit factory looking for deals. You gotta have passion man. Anyway, Johan wanted our lower fairing but was tight on money so we searched the factory and found one of our old first generation TLS lowers that we sold to him cheap. He also ordered a tank pad and decal set from us, brought his bike to the factory and begged me to put the lower and stickers on. Being a TL nut myself I got Rudi our fiber factory manager to install the lower and I took time off to do the stickers myself.

The moral of the story? happy customer = job satisfaction.

    Pierre.

Great Looking Bike... Pierre, Great job... way to take care of your customers.

I know it isn't much, but I have been putting away as much money as possible each month to get your Busa body work! I just got a speeding ticket and it may wipe me out... Any Charity would be great!
