My bike won't start

Last time I rode it ran fine, but then I ran it a short time when putting it away, so I figured I'd just fouled the plugs when it wouldn't start up. But after replacing with new plugs, it still won't go.

The engine is turning over, but it seems the sound coming from the fuel pump isn't quite as loud as it had been.

Any ideas?

Um, out of gas?

I'm serious. I have done this. Smell your exhaust pipe right after cranking it. Smell gas?
