911 Tiller in distress!!
Ok fella's help me with this question. I took the cover off of the beast tonight and noticed a small puddle of antifreeze on the ground. I traced it back to a small hole in the clutch cover just below one of the actual cover bolts. When I start the bike it continues to run out even quicker. Overflow is still full, which means its coming from the engine itself. This little hole doesn't appear to be threaded. Have I blown something out or does this little hole need a little bolt?Tags: None

That's a weep hole, leads to a cavity in the water pump between the water and oil seals so the fluids aren't mixed when a seal fails.
Sounds like you water seal has failed. It's pretty common, just cleanup the shaft real good before reassembly."I spent most of my money on Scotch, women and cigarettes. The rest I just wasted"

I've never had to do one, plenty have and someone will explain it. But it didn't sound to difficult to do in posts I have read about it.
Probably a job that needs the manual though."I spent most of my money on Scotch, women and cigarettes. The rest I just wasted"
