    If I don't get my TLS back...

    I'm getting a GSXR 1K!!!!!!!

    I'll eventually be coming back though!!!! Now, I'll be in the middle of a claim against the apt complex who left the garage door unlocked next to mine which is how they stole my bike in the first place and once that is settled, I will go ahead and get my 1K depending on how much the court awards. If they do market value, I'll be out $3,000 since the loan is for $7500 still. The attorney I have hired is going after the full amount plus his fees!

    Hopefully we'll get this underway soon and over with even faster!!!!!

    Wish me luck even though things should work out fine!

    P.S. I wouldn't have end come this close to pursuing a claim, but I did everything in my power to keep my bike locked and in a safe location. I.E. Kept it 10 miles from the city and in a locked garage with a disc lock on it!

    GSXR? Pansy.. Prepare to march with the huddled masses..

    Good luck on the court case.. They can drag out a while.. It's not your fault, they pay it off or you sue for the difference.

    They had a brand new ZERO miles blue TLS on ebay just a week ago.. keep looking...

            Why is everyone hatin the gixxer 1K? You're all correct it's not the TL agree, but I want a little more mumph and less vibration. I'm not to say that I won't get a TL, cause surely I will!

                I aint hatin I know it's one bad azz ride, if I had the opportunity I'd get one too, although I would still keep the Tiller....at least that's what I say now

                  4 gsxr1K's in our group . 1 TLS . There is actually 2 TRX850"s too + the rest of them.

                      Dude, get what yee shall get! I ride with a cat who has an '03 GSXR 1K and that thing is fast as f*#k chuck!! He rails in all of the twisties and smokes us on the straights - Not to mention he is one helluva rider - He striped it of all its tags, flush mounted the tickers and fender ge goned it too - Thru on a CF pipe and stripped the tag off that too and the thing looks sah-weet. I won't even go into all the suspension work he did too.

                      Regardless, just never stop ridin !!!

                            Good luck with your court case, hope it works out for ya. I say you should get a brand spankin' new TLR. I looks like the GSX-R a little, but you still keep the V-Twin grunt and sound
