Bar end mirror

Im looking for a bar end mirror that will work in our applicatin. I have see some that fit into a groove on tne bar end. Where do you get those and where do you get the bar end with the groove in it? Do you have to have one machined?
I got some cool block off plartes on ebay and I want a cleaner look from the mirrors that dont work anyway. Just want to satisfy the law and have something easier to remove for the track.
