    Exhaust question?

    My left side pipe pumps out cold air while the one on the right pumps hot air.

    temp reads 180

    This cant be normal?

      its normal. after you ride for awhile they even out. Just when you are warming up one side is cooler. One pige has a greater distance to travel through the front cylinder pipe.

          oh good! that makes sense.

          so new to this bike and the v-twin. I need to learn a lot.

          some things are not in the service book.

              Lots of people have noticed this and asked the same question. Perfectly normal.
              It's about control skill; this is a motorized dance for joy and not Russian roulette.

                  Look at the head pipes in the dark after a good hard ride, if you really want to tweak yer mellon!

                      Even after a long ride, the right can will still be hotter than the left one. Normal.

                          steve, totally random Q; what are we meant to be looking at in your sig?
                          fark its changes each time i open a page(was one with the gsxr lower fairing in it

                          Mod's to bike so far: Projector HID lights (blue halo's),Vandriver parts (CCC,red PP,red clutch cup,brake F&B cups, Blue top triple, Blue front sprocket cover), Aprilia Brembo Wheels,520 sprocket & chain conversion( to suite the Aprilia wheels),charging mod, headlight realy mod, bitubo rear shock, custom black with heavy blue pearl paint, fold away billet levers

                              Haha it does change randomly. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's the blueing of the standard titanium system.

                                  it was the one with the valve in the exhaust that i saw, now i know thanks.










                                  oh and the blueing on the Ti looks cool
