I wouldn't touch it. lots of stuff missing on that bike as it sits. You can do better. That thing's a rat.

No disrespect intended, but I would also pass. Example: I just scooped up an 01 showroom condition 1900 miles for $4k cash. not worth $2k in my opinion.

how low should i offer him? but I think it make sense, b/c you pay twice as much, this is cheaper and less of a bike~
took me awhile, I finally realize it's missing the ram air duct....and what else I haven't noticed?

Oh, I see now that the whole left fairing has a big hole in it and it's also missing the turn signal plastic piece between upper and side fairing. Where is the pic of right side of bike. If it runs, offer him $1000?.

I got a 2000 that was wrecked but mainly cosmetic with a standard title (not salvage not rebuilt) for $1500 with new tires. That one in thar pictures is overpriced.

all the parts are mized and matched, or in different states of repair. So it's been completely thrashed at some point. Never buy a bike that's been damaged, because even if they give it to you, you may end up having to pay more then it's worth in repairs alone.
