Spray on Chrome?

And NO I do NOT mean the cheap sh*t that comes in a spray bomb at Wallie World! I found this on Jay Leno's garage website....linkey below....and think I can spray this...well looks like just about anyone can...and for some side panels and such for my wife's Harley Sportster I think it would be a great idea....

What I want to know is does anyone have any experience with it and also where and the hell can I get it? I found a website, spectrachrome that sells like a whole system but I don't need a spray booth and guns....I have everything but the actual product....so if some could help leed me in the right direction I would appreciate it and if all goes right I will post up some pics once I have sprayed it! I just need the materials to spray!
