Re: Black spike bolts?
Doesn't sound very safe to me. Especially if you go down in shorts and flip-flops while stunting on the feeway. -

Looks juvenile. But in a delinquent way. It's about control skill; this is a motorized dance for joy and not Russian roulette.Comment

Re: Black spike bolts?
And are you referring to frame slidersIf so, either get vandriver's no cut sliders or get some that require you to cut the fairings. Multiple people have posted about the failings of the mass available no cut sliders for the TL. Not sure if anyone has had a store bought brand work or not. I personally run a set of intuitive sliders. Haven't tested them but they seem sturdy enough.

Re: Black spike bolts?
I have seen the t-rex ones after an "incident". Pretty scary how thin they actually are. Get Vandrivers.
And get some corks to glue on to the spikes so you dont loose an eyeComment

Re: Black spike bolts?
I have seen them I know what your talking about. I think they would look bad ass. They have them on ebay every week or two. They usually post them as fairing or fender spikes. They are sold in pairs of 2. And there like 20 for 2 with shipping. Haven't seen any ware else.Comment
