TLP member RAT_on_a_TL (Doug) was nice enough to drive out to the house today from Lexington to go on a quick ride with me, the wife, and the kids.
Super cool dude and very nice to meet another member. First time I've met up with a member for a ride, and although we only did about a 30 mile blast down to the river, it was good to get out and ride.
Sorry we couldn't ride more Doug, next time we'll come up there... we appreciate you coming down, it was nice to actually ride with someone else. The wife enjoyed it as this is the first time riding in a group since she starting riding her own bike.
The kids liked group riding so much they both confessed they now want to be in a motorcycle gang.
Doug got to meet the kids (the ones from the Glock shooting videos) and he can let Christ know that they are happy, well adjusted kids... they just happen to be able to kill you.

PS: You can also tell them that there was ACTUALLY some dirt on my bike today! A couple fingerprints on one of my wheels, but it only lasted about 15 seconds before it was showroom clean again.
