  • Forks?.....

Hi all, this winter i'm gonna be taking my bike apart and spend a little time and money on her..as i bought her in may and not have the time to really get into it, though did get to france on her for the weekend-electrics played up and had to keep bumping her which is all part of the fun!

i want to clean up my front end (stone chips and just not been looked after really)
i don't mind how it handles-ish. coming from a zx7r which was so well planted!

i have limited money-as we all do? so do i get the forks cleaned up..nitride coated maybe etc..
...or look for a cleaner different set?

    What to do!?

The busa swap was easy and I like the results added a wee bit of gold bling as well
If all else fails WD40 and a hammer

Any year Busa forks are a straight swap until they went radial in 2008.

If you want really good brakes aswell then consider the GSXR Radial forks and calipers, I do various fitting kits depending on what year/combination of calipers you go for.

It's worth noting that you still use the 320mm TL discs as opposed to the 298/310mm discs of the GSXR's hence why the brakes are soooo good
