    What's the error code?

    TPS?

We would like to help you out Warren, but we need more information. Tell us the details.

If you see the "FI" flashing in the display, read the fault code(s) before turning off the ignition. Do you know how to access the "dealer mode?"

Re: TLR FI error with PowerCommander USB3

        Hi Again

Sorry for the delay...I'm in Australia and it was very late at night.

The bike originally started with the fault (But ran a bit rough)

The next morning it wouldn't start at all (Ended up flattening the battery)

Accessed the dealer fault code and it came up with c00...which i believe is no fault.

I unplugged the PC and set it back to original, now I am just waiting for the battery to charge up again, to see if the bike will start or not.

        Regards

        Warren

If it does come up with FI in the dash again, you need to get it into dealer mode without shutting the ECU down / turning the ignition off as 65 said as the codes aren't stored..

What you can do is leave it in dealer mode for a while.

Re: TLR FI error with PowerCommander USB3

The manual says the "C33" code indicates a loss of the injector signal to the rear primary injector. You could start off by verifying your wire connections. Depending upon how the wires are routed, sometimes those connections get stressed, and an intermittent or open connection can occur at the crimped contact - where the wire meets the terminal.
Page 4-47 will step you through basics.
Let us know what you find.

                Six5

I removed the power commander and set the bike back to standard and got no fault...When I reinstalled it the fault came back...the bikes wiring is good...do you think I've got a faulty power commander Or does a setting need to be changed I running the zero map at start up, so it should be as per the bikes OEM ECU settings.

                Regards

Mine does exactly the same thing.
Usually when I'm giving it the welly.
Same story, disconnect the PC and it doesn't throw the code, reinstall and back it comes.
Never been able to see any faults in the bike loom or the PC loom,so I figure it's a glitch in the PC itself.
I've also never felt any problem when the fault code sets.
I've learned to live with it.

Does your PC make the bike run rough upon first start up with a zero map

Mine did, so i didn't want to take it on a test ride with the fault.

Still no word from Dynajet or the seller about my problem...hopefully they'll know what it is and be able to fix the problem or replace the PC.
