  • What PAIR valve????

Got the beast apart for it's 10 yearly spit shine and thought while I was there I'd remove this PAIR valve I've read soooo much about.
Well after about half an of hour searching for it, I came to the conclusion that it came standard without one
Is this common? Every thing is there to put one on, but its all been plugged up. And I'm the original owner.
I was all excited about loosing a little more weight, but now it looks like I'll have to cut back on the Mc Donald's instead
One less mod to do I spose

    Re: What PAIR valve?

I thought I read that some countries didn't get the pair valve.

      Re: What PAIR valve?

None of the '97 TL1000SV had them. I'm not sure when they were added. but if you had them, you would know it.
It's about control skill; this is a motorized dance for joy and not Russian roulette.

Hmmm that might have been good info to put in the PAIR removal Thread.
It says its for the 1998 + and looks like it was written by a German fella,
could have saved myself about two hours searching and reading
Oh well, more useless info to ramble on about when I'm drinking

            Re: What PAIR valve?

The drawing is from me... so the thread probably too If I could find the thread again, I'd repost it with a very simple way how to find out if there is a PAIR system or not (photos of a head with and without PAIR connection).

            PS: I'm Swiss, not German

              Re: What PAIR valve?

No PAIR on the AU or NZ TL's 98+ or not.

What do you mean plugged up? Our heads has the boss there from casting, but they were never drilled out and left blind.

              2 hours?

Found this in TLDV8's album, I knew it was there because he's posted it a bunch of times

Mine is the same as in the picture and sorry if I offended any Swiss/German people
