  • My TLS off the road again...

My R/H yosh can split open at the seam. I tried to fix it by riviting a narrow strip of stainless over the seam but it blew open again during last sunday's run. So i'm back to the drawing board. Maybe this time I should go for that super-trick high mount idea i had in the back of my mind. Resonators instead of cans. Like on that new z1000 Kawi...

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I been thinking of doing exactly that, but undertail. But then I also have another idea - Look at the pic of my bike above and imagine 2 resonators at the same angle as the connector pipes. 2 short stub resonators will really clean up the look, eh ? If they don't fuckup performance I think that's what i'll do...

So the cans on your bike in that pic are Yosh? They don't look that familiar to me for some reason. Just curious.

              Sweet Ride

Is your can the victim of the V-Twin pulse or packing long gone? I hear stories about the carbon cans but never really seen it.

I was thinking of doing something like that with my R. Kinda like this except with supertrapp baffels in some custom rolled sleves.
