as long as the cost doesnt outweigh the and usefullness factor, i am definitely in

          rev bar indicator sounds sweet!!

2000 tillis plus stuff with some polished stuff and some carbon fiber stuff and a little bit of tlr stuff and some gsxr stuff

            Absolutely. Of course, price contingent.

Ok sounds fair.. It will not have a rev-light but the next porject will be a speed-tacho thing.

PGM'able Revlight, Speed recalibrator, logger port etc.

              But thats a future work..

Hope the project works out, FWIW to you make sure you clamp the input to the filter/ADC ( avoids SCR latchup ), that 33uF capy is pretty big you may find load dumping it a problem for the ECU if the input is not rugged enough. One of the better readouts i have seen on was made from billit aluminium.
8mil spacing...12 mil track, are you going to use 2oz Copper?...i do.
                Good Luck.

Thanx for your comments, always welcome. Some explaining why it's done the way it is:

Latchup is not an issue from the sensor input, clamping is taken care of inside..

The 33uF cap is simply pulled high by a 1K resistor on the ECU side. The reson why it's 33uF is that the current generator pump is fed trough a 7.5kHz PWM, that gives a maximum ripple seen by the ECU of approx 12mV. Don't worry it will not break anything.

Ohh.. in Europe we have copperthickness in 'um'.. The PCB's will be ordered with 35um does that equals to 2oz?

                    Thanks!

With a bit of luck I will have something running next weekend. Atleast in a mokup in the box.

                          Wow

I feel really stupid after reading all of that. The display looks awesome though. What is the estimated price gonna be? Ya gotta have a ballpark figure?
